Dutch freelance journalist and writer Eric Willemsen (1970) has been based in Vienna since 2005. He covers Austrian affairs for international TV and radio broadcasters, including TRT World and NPO Radio 1; writes about Alpine skiing for The Associated Press and about handball for the EHF; and works for a range of other clients internationally (CV).

Eric is a board member of Poetry In Business and is actively involved in its journalism-related projects. He is also working on a book about the mindset of a world-class ski racer.

Eric holds degrees in Journalism and Communication Sciences and reports in English, Dutch, and German.
